Everything here follows from that. Small enough that you're taught rather than led. A teacher with time for all eight of you. Women only, so the room feels like yours.

Leggings or shorts, whatever you feel good in. Thinner fabric lets more of the light through.

Your first visit.

You’ll be shown where everything is without having to ask.

Book ahead — Classes cap at eight, so places are booked in advance. Everything you need arrives by email once you have one.

Come five or ten minutes early — Enough time to change, fill a bottle and settle before the class starts.

Leave your things — Shelves and hooks for bags and coats, with room for everything you came with.

Shower, change, carry on — Showers, hair dryers and straighteners are all here, so you can go straight on to whatever is next.

Bleeding Heart Yard is a small courtyard between Farringdon and Hatton Garden, tucked off Greville Street. Quiet and cobbled, and easy to miss the first time, so give yourself an extra minute.
