A Pilates and Barre studio for women in Bleeding Heart Yard, Farringdon. Eight to a class. Most of it on red light therapy mats.
The idea behind it is simple. A class should be genuinely hard, and somebody should be looking after you while you do it. Those two things don't often arrive together.
Everything here follows from that. Small enough that you're taught rather than led. A teacher with time for all eight of you. Women only, so the room feels like yours.
Our name is about timing. There is no after. It's built for women who would rather begin today than wait for a better moment to arrive.
*Because the best time is now.

We tell ourselves we'll start later, when work slows down, after the holiday, once there's more time. NeverAfter* was created to challenge that. Looking after yourself shouldn't depend on your diary, the weather, or the version of yourself you're still waiting to become.
Summer isn't a season. It's how you feel, and it shouldn't only arrive once a year.
